I've used our machine shop to shape source holders for our check sources for
personnel to carry. Also someone here about 10 years ago drilled holes in a 1
inch bar of lucite about 10 inches long for 5 check sources. The lid is one
inch thick and taped to the bottom bar. I have used it occasionally for
training lab personnel with detectors.
