I have had some experience with tritium. Pure tritium and lesser specific
activities.
Tritium will exchange with Hydrogen in any organic material.
Tritium vapor will migrate from any package, given time and the ability to
measure the escaped tritium.
Thinkl of the law of partial pressures rather than total pressure
differentials.
Just see if its too much leakage.
Note: we changed heavy rubber gloves every 1 minutes while working in bubble
suits and exposed to tritiated pump oil.
