Thank you for your answer. I have received quite a few suggestions.
Unfortunately, because I was not very clear in my original question, none
of the options offered will work for me. I should have specified that we
are talking about 50-60CFM (free air flow) pumps and 1/10,000 torr
vacuum!
I want to thank everyone who answered my question. You have helped point
me in the right direction and helped me prepare some good questions to
ask our vacuum engineer. It turns out that using dry pumps, as Michael
suggested is the only thing that will work. But now we are talking big
$$. So, we'll have to decide whether it's cost effective.

First, use a dry pump or cryo pump if possible.
Second, if you can't switch to a dry pump, you might try a molecular
sieve, but the vacuum pump will eventually pull water out the sieve
material.
