I might also suggest (to the individual from Barbados) that he stop by the
CRCPD web site, www.crcpd.org  The Conference of Radiation Control Program
Directors represent state regulatory staff throughout the US.  We have
multiple documents available for download relative to state legislation as
well as general radiation safety.  We also publish Suggested State
Regulations for Control of Radiation.  The SSRCR's serve as a guide to many
of the states in crafting their radiation related legislation.
