Re:RE: Missing Potentially Contaminated Material



For further clarification:

The tools have already been reported as "missing."  This means that they either
left the contamination area or were inadvertently disposed of (we'll probably
never know).  Because of the possibility that the tools left the contamination
area without a survey, should we classify this as a 10CFR835 violation?

I would advise your management to officially report the missing potentially
contaminated material that you just unofficially reported here on Rad Safe.
