NUREG-1400, Air Sampling in the Workplace

NUREG-1400 is now available on the web, accessible from
http://bidug.pnl.gov/reading.htm. Beware: it's a scanned version, so it's about
8.3 Mibytes. (Mi is not a typo; it's the symbol for mibi, 2^20 = 1 048 576 >
10^6. See http://physics.nist.gov/cuu/Units/binary.html for binary prefixes
kibi, mibi, gibi, and tebi).

Note: if you have a hard copy of NUREG-1400 dated 1991, it's the draft version
and was superceded by the 1993 final report. Significant changes were made
between the draft and the final.
