Society and first Editor-in-Chief of Health Physics. We are proud to
dedicate this issue of Health Physics to him. See tribute on page 599
for more information about K. Z. Morgan's contributions to the Health
Physics Society, the Journal, and the profession of radiation protection.
Runner up cover photo: Surface alpha contamination can be measured using
electret ion chambers. The response of these instruments using various
