John, I have developed three on-line accredited courses designed for
technicians and I would be happy to share my experiences and information
with you to help speed up you progress in what I think is a great idea.
Another side that may interest you is that the PEC of the HPS is developing
two programs to be stored on the HPS website which individuals will be able
to download.  The one I am working on it the "Public Information -
Speaker's Guide" which contains 63 slides.  As I am sure you know
downloading graphics  can be very time consuming, so you may want to
consider CDs which is better for graphics and sound than the Internet.  I
would be happy to talk with you and share some ideas.  Wish you luck.
