Re: DU Article
I have read the article and it ignores the wealth of information on
uranium health and environmental effects. I would encourage all who
have direct expertise in the subject to write a letter to the editor
about the health and environmental effects of depleted uranium. I am
in the process of writing mine. There are several recent reports that
summarize what DOD knows about the exposures from the use of these
weapons. The web site is http://www.gulflink.gov. Look for the
depleted uranium environmental report and the RAND report at this
site.
