My point exactly.  Without the total dose accumulated by an individual, one 
cannot determine whether the incremental exposure produces a benefit or a 
detriment.

I would be interested in your papers where you discuss the application of 
hormesis to determining allowable exposure limits when, as we agree, "ALL 
exposures of an individual" are needed "to calculate the risk."  Would you 
please provide citations.
