Probably true, but earlier posters were saying that they had not been told
ANYTHING about radioactive materials being used for a diagnostic test.  How
hard would it be for the Society of Nuclear Medicine or the AAPM to put out
a series of simple brochures covering common diagnostic nuc med procedures
for the patient to review prior to the scan?  Maybe such items already exist.
This is a simple, doable thing, and it's something each patient deserves.
