     My experience with using Landauer for the last five years ten years is 
     that the service is not exceptional but pretty dependable. Since my 
     use is primarily only using the G1 and U3 (standard film badge and 
     finger rings) my knowledge of there practices has allowed the service 
     to work pretty well. Right now with the change over that we are doing 
     to the new improved Luxel badges so far things aren't going as smooth 
     as they usually go thought, ain't technology great! As with most 
     companies they are going through growing pains and the personal side 
     of things have slipped a little.

     BTW, I have always switched every company I have worked fro to 
     Landauer from Radiation Detection company. At least then Landauer was 
     much more user friendly. I have heard no good responses on ICN 
     dosimetry services either.

I too have been having problems with Landauer's lack of customer service.  My pr
oblems began about two years ago and have persisted to this day.  Unfortunately 
I don't have a reliable contact at Landauer for you to call.
     
Is anyone on RADSAFE currently using a dosimetry service that they would recomme
nd? Please contact me through private email.  Thanks!
