RE: Landauer Problems/Contacts?



Eurie Morris, Head of Customer Service, called me within 30 minutes of my
message.  We're seeing if we can get things fixed.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions - I have a list of contacts that I
could put together, but we'll give Eurie his chance.

I should point out there I received a slew of messages from aggravated
current and ex-Landauer clients (plus Chris' note in their favor).  I've
been out of the "dosimetry" loop for several years now, but it seems like
things have not changed much for the better and may well have gotten worse.
However, back then, Landauer was the only company we managed to straighten
things out with (though with far too much effort).  This isn't to say others
weren't nice and pleasant (with one exception), but things never got fixed.
