We Have been using Landauer for many years with very few and minor problems [usually I was or contributed to the problem].  Each geographical zone has a customer representative.  There is also a national sales manager and
chain of command that goes to the top.

I am not trying to be  their defense person, but if you contact me, I can give the names of individuals I have found to be very helpful.
