The values contained within DOE/NE-0095 (Sept. 1988) are inflated 
compared to today's operating and maintenance costs. The value 
of nulclear generated power is much more efiicient today. This is 
due to not rebuilding the plant every outage, staff reductions, 
shorter outages and better overall management of the facility.
