Amusing use of "facts"

This is rather off-topic in itself, so let's not have a discussion here, but
this is an amusing use of true statements to imply a false conclusion.
Rather like some of the arguments about (Pu / WIPP / shipments / LNT / you
name it) we've all heard, if quite a bit more obvious
