I attended Dr. Morgan's classes back in the 70's while I was a graduate
student at Tech (Ga. Tech). He was one of the first pioneers in the
field of Health Physics and well known worldwide. Kayzee as we called
him was a generous man and a great educator. He will be remembered for
His exceptional qualities as a human being and his incomparable
scientific contribution to our profession. His main textbook on
radiation protection (the one he wrote with Turner)will remain a
lifelong reference im my bookshelves. We owe him a lot and it is sad to
see him go. His passing away is a loss to the Health Physics community.
