Re: Down Syndrome and Radiation Exposure
Regarding the cause of Down's syndrome: There is a topic of genomic
instability that have come up over the last 6-7 years approx. - and
which be of high relevance to non-disjunction phenomena as well as
that of the non-threshold (one hit) discussion. Genomic instability can
probably be due to several different underlying malfunctions. One of
these may be imperfections of the mitotic spindle. Comments?

and Lambert (I think prof. Bo Lambert will give a talk about some of this
at the upcoming ICRR conference in Dublin).
