Hazardous & Medical Waste Services, Inc. (HAZMED) at the Army Research 
Laboratory Risk Management Office at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland has 
an opening for a full-time Health Physics Technician. Duties include performimg 
sampling of soil, water, vegetation, SAV, sediment, biota, and air; conducting 
radiological surveys; maintaining source inventory; conducting leak tests and 
coordinating the dosimetry program. Other duties as assigned. Salary range is 
$26K - $33K.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and three years of 
specialized experience in radiation protection. Must have completed 80 hours of 
specialized traning in radiation protection principles. Must be able to lift 50 
lbs. and wear a respirator.
