Simulation films after loading the radioactive sources,defeat the whole
purpose of afterloading .
The simulation films or orthogonal films with the dummied serves two
purposes.First one is for the DOSIMETRY,and secondly these localisation
pictures gives idea on quality of insertion interms of its vicinity from the
critical organs e.g.anterior rectal wall.
