For IAEA Safety Fundamental documents, Safety Guides and Safety Requirements
(priced publications), in the US they can be ordered through UNIPUB, 4611-F
Assembly Drive, Lanham, MD 20706-4391.

For non-priced publications (TECDOCs, Technical Reports, etc.) they can be
ordered through INIS Clearinghouse, IAEA, Wagramer Strasse 5, P.O. Box 100,
A-1400, Vienna Austria; e-mail: CHOUSE@IAEA.ORG or URL:
http://www.iaea.org/programmes/inis/inis.htm

I think they can only provide the non-priced pubs in microfiche or
electronic form for a nominal cost. If you know who the Scientific Secretary
of the TECDOC was, you can write to him directly and they might be able to
send you a copy.
