Re: Definition of Clothing Contamination
This kind of thing is really very unfortunate. Seems that everybody is turning
into "bean counters" and the meaning and utility of events is being totally
lost. Clothing contaminations used to serve the purpose of indicating poor work
practices or the need for work practice or procedure reviews. This way they
served as valuable input to operations as well as rad safety. Now, it seems
that the utility of such data is being sacrificed to the numbers game!
Just my opinion.
