You probably know that the radiation dose to the gonads are higher with
radiographic techiques (about 140 mrads to several rads) than direct
radionuclide cystography.  The reference that I can mention is principles
and practice of Nuclear medicine by Paul J. Early.  It does not elaborate
much about the dose but you may find what you are looking for in the
bibliography of the Urinary Tract chapter
