Detergent 8

Hi

Detergent 8, a product sold by Alconox, is apparently widely used as a decontamination solvent at nuclear power stations and elsewhere.  Can anybody please give me some operational experience and feedback on how this solvent works, some pro's and con's etc. and suitability for use in the nuclear field, specifically with reactors, where chemicals used in the primary system are subject to strict regulations.
