Tracking of Contaminated Dosimetry

The Big Rock Point (BRP) Restoration Project would like to know if you formally
track personnel dosimetry contamination events (e.g., contaminated TLDs, PICs or
electronic dosimeters).  If you do track these contamination events, do you
classify the events as:

1.  Personnel contaminations?

2.  Clothing contaminations?

3.  Dosimetry contaminations (by type of dosimetry)?
