One source of Laser Safety Training is Rockwell Laser Industries.  A variety 
of courses are offered at various levels and for many laser uses.  RLI offers 
both public courses held throughout the country and private courses on a 
contractual basis.  All of RLI's courses are based on the ANSI Z136 series 
and also incorporate information from CDRH.  

The next entry level industrial/research oriented courses will be held in 
Chicago in August.  Basics of Lasers and Optics  Aug. 24-25,  
              Industrial Laser Safety  Aug. 26-27
              Laser Machine Tool Design  Aug 26-27

The next Laser Safety Officer course will be November 15-19 in Cincinnati, OH.
