Mike,

You can go to your local welder and have these things custom made to your
specifications for a much lower price than any nuclear supplier.

The design is simple, the best have weighted bases, a good base is
approximately 14" by 14" of 1/4" steel (don't make feet, they tip over).

A curly-q top, to easily run rope through and a telescoping pipe to allow
adjustment of height.

They will usually paint it for you - any color you want.

Be creative - generate what you need.
