Hopefully, the RAM being put down the drain isn't just anything that fits.
Yes, ash and dirt will go down the drain, but it's hardly soluble or
dispersible.

Reconstitution in sludge is inevitable, but the regulations and guidance are
written to help reduce this phenomena.

We monitor the local municipal sewage treatment plant.  We do see consistent
occurrences of isotopes from medical administrations. (but, there are no
licensees that I am aware of tying into the local STP).
