Mr. Foglein and others,

Please look at New Jerseys Admin. Code 7:28-21.6.  It clearly 
states the need for individual finger or wrist personnel monitoring for 
ALL operators of analytical x-ray equip.  This would include 
students.

At our school, we have classes using electron microscopes and 
analytical x-ray units... each student must attend training and is 
badged.  We only pay for one or two quarters for each student, 
cancelling the badges after the class is over.

Bill had a good point, get some advice from an experienced 
professional.
