Paul Harvey about plutonium

Today on "Paul Harvey News" on ABC Radio, Paul said two British scientists
have been purposely inhaling plutonium to show that it is not very toxic,
and they have had no ill effects. Does anyone know where he got this story
or who these "British scientists" are?
