better directions to paper on LANL site
Sorry - I am too used to going to this site. Better directions for finding
the paper I mentioned earlier are:
It is paper number astro-ph/9907286 dated 21 July 1999. Probably the best
way to find it is to go to the main page (xxx.lanl.gov), then to
astro-physics, then to 1999, and then forward to # 286 (the third sheet of
100 papers). Hope this helps.
