Additional Info on Help with Spectrum

The spectrum file I sent through radsafe earlier apparently does not receive 
well, as reported by list members.  I apologize for any inconvenience.

Should anyone have a few minutes to take a look though, please email your fax 
number and I can send it to you directly.
