RE: More bad news



The charge should  have been malicious mischief.

		I would agree that calling radiation a "deadly weapon" is a
bit harsh/un
		realistic, but the law may not have any other means as to
charge someone. I
		wonder if it could be called poisoning or something. I don't
know, just a
		thought.
