Interesting to see how the workers got excited over a positive reading on the 
meter.  Along that same line, in the Emergency Response to Terrorism 
Self-Study course (http://www.usfa.fema.gov/pdf/ertss.pdf), an indicator of a 
nuclear event is "positive readings on radiation-detection equipment."
