Les addresses his program. The key to its success, as well as anyone 
else's, is how good is your secondary doismetry, and how good is the 
technical basis for it. So, we've come around full circle. If there 
isn't good correlation, there's a problem. If the different 
dosimeters used to determine dose control and dose correlation are 
not properly calibrated (independently of each other), there is a 
problem. In the end, a sound technical basis, good procedures and 
good quality assurance and quality control is essential. In 
conclusion, a sound Quality System.
