Household incandescent light bulbs = hazardous waste?

Hello Radsafers,
Has anyone encountered the issue of regular, household incandescent light
bulbs being potential EPA hazardous waste because of the lead solders at
the tip of the bulbs? If so, could you please share your experience? How
did you deal with it? Did you have the lead tested? What was the result? Is
there any documentation on this subject?
