Software for characterization of irradiated hardware

Do any utilities use SCALE 4.4 for characterization of irradiated hardware?
Millstone currently has ORIGEN 2 and is evaluating alternatives to using it
for characterization.

If you are using SCALE, have you performed your own V&V on the software or
have you accepted the benchmarking results published by Oak Ridge.

If you are using ORIGEN 2, how did you benchmark it?
