Interestingly enough, it's because they're not in Nevada (at least not all
of them).  Emeril Lagasse is in New Orleans (and has a show on, I think,
the Food Network) and Alice Waters is in California.  I'm not sure about
the rest.  Some chefs are into environmental concerns, organic foods, etc.
I believe I've heard Alice Waters name associated with these movements, but
not Lagasse or any of the others.
