Japan - process design
My first inclination is to ask: "Who's the brain surgeon that put a
water jacket around a uranium process tank?"
Is this common practice?
Second, does anyone have information on how the U is added to
the tank. Process-controlled feed? Dumped from a barrel?
Gunny-sack? How does a guy get 4.2 lbs and 35 lbs mixed up?
Was this a saki-induced mishap? (tongue-in-cheek)
My own personal/non-corporate thoughts,
