Question 1 -
For NRC personnel visiting the site (entering the RCA during the
visit),
1. Do they required an entry/exit whole body count? 2. If they do not require a whole body count, then how is this waived? (i.e. using passive monitoring) 3. Are they required to provide a current year NRC Form 4 information? 4. If a Form 4 is required, do you request 1) an estimate or record from licenses visited
during the current year or 2) simply record NRC as
licensee from x
date to y date?

Regarding Neutron Bubble Detectors -
1. Whom among you use bubble
detectors?
2. Who uses them for neutron record
dose?
3. Do you have a technical basis for
using them instead of your normal TLD?
