          I would suggest you provide the details of your presentation to 
          RADSAFE prior to the meeting.  A summary outline of your "talking 
          points" would be a good thing to start with.  A short transmission 
          to this list server would be advised. You should also consider the 
          other listservers such as Medphys and radwaste.
          
          As you are operating in an agreement state I would hope others 
          would step forward to address the NRC too.
