a) Radiation Protection, Jacob Shapiro
b) Introduction to Health Physics, Herman Cember

You will find exercises with complete solution about your question. It will
only necessary  to substitute the activity in the exercise by your activity.
I could answer the question, however is better to you to fish by yourself.
