EPA Limiting Values on Intake FGR-11 (CDE Ingestion)
*	4.76E-7 Sv/Bq - Thyroid, limiting
*	1.44E-8 Sv/Bq - Effective

If you want to play with time of intake and effective half lives, use
NUREG/CR-4884, Interpretation of Bioassay Measurements.


Most nukes should have both of these references on hand.
