Check pH of rinse water.  Usually commercial PC laundry vendors use this as 
an indicator of potential problems (should be neutral).  There are a few 
people that are allegic to different fabrics and even fabric softners.  

Check the workplace for other potential culprits such as perfumed soaps, 
latex allegies to repirators, etc.  Frequently the irritating agent is 
difficult to isolate and might be something that changed at home.
