Steven,

Thanks for bringing the typo to my attention. RHIP should have been RPHP,
the Radiation and Public Health Project whose report was posted by Thomas
Lashley.  STAR is "Standing for Truth About Radiation," Helen Caldicott's
anti-nuclear group, currently using the Baldwin-Bassingers as mouthpieces
(apologies to the good doctor if I spelled her name wrong.
