Cell Phone Towers

Greetings All,

My church has been approached by a cell phone company about placing a cell phone
tower on the property.  We figure this is a pretty good deal as it will be in a
far corner of the property, and they pay well.  My questions to you are these:

1.  What type of monitoring and reporting should we require of the company?

2.  Are there any concerns we should be aware of?

3.  There is a pre-school on the property, and some church offices, so there
will be a high occupancy during the week.

4.  Is there any restriction regarding buildings and occupancy factors for
future expansion near the tower?

The property is in a residential area.
