RE: Where to find 29CFR1910.96

Former 29CFR1910.96 has been renumbered as 29CFR1910.1096.  It may be viewed at the GPO access website  <http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_99/29cfr1910_99.html>.  

Please note that the list of NRC Agreement States in subsection (p)(3) is inaccurate.  There are currently 31 Agreement States (see <http://www.hsrd.ornl.gov/nrc/revframe.htm> and add the two most recent States: Massachusetts and Ohio).
