Instead of using the opportunity to educate the public, industry again skirts
the issue by creative use of the English language in a deliberate attempt to
"trick" the public into thinking this process is "non-radioactive." 
"Non-nuclear" does not mean "non-radioactive," however, this is what the public
obviously is going to think; and because of that, it is therefore is safe. 
Correct conclusion - wrong methodology.
