Radsafers,

I am attempting to locate a copy of the D&D Code, a risk assessment tool 
developed for the NRC.  The code is recommended for developing Derived 
Concentration Guideline Levels (DCGL) for license termination.  DG-4006.  I 
was unsuccessful in attempted to obtain a copy of the code from the web site 
identified in the draft guidance.
