I just ran a progam that I recently downloaded from the Brookhaven site,
with decay data supposedly updated to 1999, and it gave 24110 yr. After
this, it gives the value 30, which I would interpret to be an uncertainty,
probably one standard deviation, but I couldn't verify that quickly.
